All-SE PA 2nd team Kelsey McDonald was named 2nd
team on the Philadelphia Inquirer All-Southeastern Pennsylvania team. Also, the team was ranked 10th in the final Inquirer

3 named All Area 1st team, 6 Honorable
Mentions Senior Jackie Thaeder, junior Kelsey McDonald
and junior Nicole Stiles have been named to the All Area 1st Team by the Daily Local. Six others were named Honorable Mention:
Katie Walston, Alicia Minella, Allison Bernstein, Maddy Ferraro, Lindsey Smith and Allegra Gray. Unionville and Downingtown
West led the 1st team selections with three players each. Conestoga and Downingtown East both had two players. See additional details on the Honors Page.

July 27-30 Start planning now for summer soccer camp. The dates: July 27-30, 2010. All returning Varsity and JV players can
attend. The camp is the Penn Soccer Academy girls’ high school team camp, but this year it will be held at a new site, The Hill School. The camp will be
$500 (after the team discount). A $200 deposit is required. After you sign up, email Coach Rata to let him know. You can start
signing up immediately on the Penn Soccer Academy site.
McDonald named All-State, 9 make
All League Junior forward Kelsey McDonald was named
All-State and nine members of the 2009 team made All League. All League honorees were McDonald, Jackie Thaeder, Maddy Ferraro,
Nicole Stiles, Lindsey Smith, Katie Walston, Alicia Minella, Allegra Gray and Lizzy Carney. Coach Rata was named American
Division Coach of the Year for the 3rd straight year. See additional details on the Honors Page.
Congrats! American Division champs! Congratulations for winning the Ches-Mont American Division. For the
second straight year, the team has gone undefeated in the American Division and has lost only one game in the Division in
the past three years.
